Tall SHips

Hand-drawn and pigment washed paintings capture the essence of the Tall Ships in Boston. The black & white pieces were created entirely on location: a moment sensed, seen, committed to on paper before it's gone, without revision or pretense. The watercolor paintings were created in the studio from photos and sketched made during the parade of sail.
